I found this information in a older post :
"If 1957 the barrel would have a star stamped next to the NM marking on the barrel..................... Look for the year code stamp on the barrel located to the left of the SA and drawing number stamp.The stamp for 1960 looks like a Diamond with flat points, a Triangle for 1961 and a 5 pointed star for 1962."
Is the 1957 star the same as the 1962 star?
Does the picture below show a 1957 or 1962 build?
