Im new , so please forgive me if this is posted wrong.can anyone tell me the month of production on rr ser number 1782198 or where it was shipped? Thanks

There are no shipping records from Remington Rand on the 1911A1 pistols they produced. Someone took their production records and extrapolated the month of production from them.

Remington Rand No.1782198 would have been manufactured in September of 1944.
