FYI. And JMHO... If you haven't heard from the VA regarding the COVID vaccine, you need to call. I received my first shot on 12/31/2020 and my second one on 01/28/2021. It took 20 minutes, 5 for the shot and 15 for an observation period. I had zero side effects from the first shot but the second one was a bugger, my shoulder was swollen, my muscles were sore and I felt tired for about 24 hours.

There are two vaccines out there... Pfizer and Moderna... There are differences... Pfizer has a 21 day waiting period for the second shot and Moderna has a 28 day wait. The gouge is the the Moderna is a bit rougher than Pfizer and needs an extra week for the second shot. The down side of that is the Pfizer is 1 or 2 percent less in the the amount of protection you have.

Neither vaccine keeps you from getting the virus... so says the CDC. It just keeps you from dying when you do.

Thank you for the feedback. I'm ok with the keeps you from dying part.
