Hello,
I am working on an '03 project (not A3) and am in need of the following parts. They do not need to be perfect, but nice would be nice.

1) Upper band with screws and stacking swivel
2) lower band spring
3) a pair of stock bolts
4) rear guard bushing
5) a pair of handguard clips

I see that Numrich has most of these parts but wanted to try here first. Not really sure if the Numrich parts are originals or repro's.

Thanks,
Bob

I'm not aware of repo upper bands for M1903s so the Numrich one could be a good option. Probably 1940's contract production. Same could be true of the other items as well, if they list manufacturer as "US military".

I was looking at the upper band on a complete rifle, that would be quite a part to have to make. Can be done of course, but for a one off it would be an interesting project!

I've not seen any repro upper bands either, but never say never,

I have some lower band spring, and my have handguard clips,

will be a couple of days before I have a change to go look (not at my shop at the moment)

shoot me a note if no one comes thru before the weekend

[SIZE=4]I have everything you are requesting except I'm at a lost as what a rear guard bushing is. On my drawing I dont see it. I have two upper bands complete, one has a H on the lug. I dont know the reason for this but I do know someone requested one with the H and I had two and sold him one. I have clips by them self or a guard(new) no stain with clips installed..

if interested give me shout...

Rear guard bushing refers to the metal sleeve in the stock at the rear trigger guard screw.

Early upper bands were not hardened. Then hardening was introduced within the first years of production and an "H" was stamped on the bayo log.

Togor, thanks. I thought about bushing late last night but wasn’t sure. Also the H info appreciated. I remembered that I sold one the Rick the Librarian couple years ago but forgot to ask him what it meant.

Biker7549, I have sent two msg on the Jouster mailing system , I don’t have any idea if it’s reaching its destination or not. I am not trying to push a sale. Just trying to help out. I don’t really care for the msg system here..

Nothing received John!

I found a pair of stock bolts in my parts stash, and I have a new handguard that the wood on matches the stock nicely, so I do not need a complete handguard, tho thanks for the offer on that.

Parts that I need are the upper band complete, the lower band spring and a pair of handguard clips. Shipping is to 87109. Would a money order mailed to you suffice?
