Doing a deep clean on LCPII, have question?

Going tp spray the frame with WD40, to flush out residue from firing, letting the frame and slide hang vertical to flush out.

After an hour I'll spray again with LPS#2, wait 2nd hour and one more #2 flush and remove excess with cotton swab.


Any feedback of this plan??

Bought a lightly used II back in May and just try to keep her and sidearm happy.

Any one have a idea of the pin size to remove the extractor and Firing pin to clean & lube for next time??

Did above and ready to go.

Did similar for a Ruger Red Label that I took the buttstock and flushed the interior with WD40 twice and blew off with compressor and then applied LPS#2.
