there is or was a website with a schload of manuals etc on it, but I cannot remember what it was called,

Nice scope! I picked up 2 last year at the yearly gunshow in Chiliwack BC hosted by the Historic Arms Collectors club in BC Canada, One needs a bit of cleaning/adjustment, but for 100 bucks Canadian I'm not complaining. I'm going to put one on a Remington 721 in 30-06 to replicate one of the early Marine Corps rifles they took to Viet nam.
