After all this time, court hearings and studies a 2nd analysis had to be called in to determine that Alec Baldwin had to have pulled the trigger at some point when he shot his cinematographer. Also, they've had the actual gun in hand since day one and have just now determined it had not been modified.

But you're right - I figured out how a revolver works in a few minutes,
but "experts" took longer - probably trying to figure where the magazine fits.
