Sounds a trifle excessive but that's what Costner's
ex wife was demanding. She was receiving 129,000,
but that apparently didn't cover the cost of raising
one child each month. The Judge slashed her support
payment to a paltry 63,000 a month. Poor kid will
probably die from malnutrition now thanks to that
mean Judge.
The Hollywood payouts to exes for what is laughably
termed "Child Support" are ludicrous - e.g. Britney
Spears is paying 35.000 to her ex.
Yes, these people are filthy rich but as the support is
until the child turns eighteen, a multi thousands
monthly check can eat up a fortune in short order.
Sometimes it's good to not be rich, especially if you
have an ex with expensive taste and a kid to feed.

She IS pretty though.

Sometimes it cost you. He's got the $ and she knows it.

Spears is pretty too but she's also a nut case I feel. No telling what he ex went through.

I just found this article stating Spears payouts will end in a few days.

He was with her for just a couple of months.
I think I could stand a couple of months with her, even if she is nutty.

Call her up. She's single now.

These people clearly have too much money on hand. At least some of it is being paid out to the unfortunate offspring even if the amounts are crazy.

If the ex'es would put that money into investments for the children they could possibly be set for life later on. Probably won't happen though.

Mid 90s worked with a guy whose sister was married to a Wall St analyst. She told him the monthly household budget was 80~90K. Kids in private schools, full time help, charity stuff, keeping up with the Rockefellers; trying to live normally gets you 86'd. No sympathy but some people are on another planet.
