As a kid sitting in a crowded, smelly, 140 degree classroom with no ventilation I use to think such about some math questions. Also what came to mind was "WHO CARES?"

Ma and Pa Kettle knew their math.

But better than 60 Pumpkins.

Yep, I never did it myself but I often heard of people playing dirty jokes on other people by planting pumpkin seeds on their property. The vines grow long and fast.

The only ones who ever use algebra are the weathermen and look how good they are at it.

If a massive storm front is approaching from the West and heading East @ 12mph and is 200 miles away the front will arrive at "10 day forecast, all sunny and clear for the next 7 days with 0% chance of rain".
