1. Do not deal with someone who is wiling to break federal law by shipping to anyone but an FFL. You can't trust a cheater.
2. If you spending more for a gun than you are willing to throw away, research and choose a reputable escrow company to hold the funds until you receive and are satisfied with your purchase.

Just a heads up. After reading about Kuhnhausen's Shop manual for the 1911 series pistol, I googled for hard copy cost. Also came across online e-copies (scribd.com and others) and posted full download copies in .pdf format (both from individual sites, and .torrent d/l). As I have both the Nook Basic and the Nook Color, I d/l the .pdf copy, and imho it looks best on the Nook Color. Just the thing to sit at a desk and read whilst looking at your 1911. And you don't have to worry about tearing a page or getting oil/grease, or Hoope's. And, I'll be buying a copy in dead tree format. RHB
Nice of you to post a link to your find? Steve

So Sorry. I figured that scribd.com was self explanatory. http://www.scribd.com/doc/44617100/T...-by-Kuhnhausen And Googole as a verb is also self explanatory: http://tinyurl.com/celoll6 (shortened search page 1 of a google search with 40,000 hits) http://www.restigouchegunclub.com/Fi...Kuhnhausen.pdf (actual manual in your browser) RHB
