Better reporting than it's usual to see in US papers. Rather amazing that target didn't move out of position over the 10 sec. flight interval.

Either this shot, or the preceding world record, must have been the one that killed an ISIS executioner in the act of turning a flame-thrower on his victim, as reported recently in various souces.
