Bought a box of 50 cnt, .32S&W blanks at local gunshow.
It Remington the current edition of the green colored top and yellow color bottom box.
Inside the flap code is: 115 H 7212
I bought it for recycling into new .32 S&W rounds.

Maybe urban legend, but supposedly blank ammunition made from rejected lot of cases.
I don't know about commercial rounds but military blanks are made with rejected cases. If not enough rejected cases found then used brass used for reloading into blanks..
7212 could be the date code for December, 1972.
If it is the green top and yellow bottom with slide out tray it was first used in 1974 and up until 1990's.
Why not call Remington and ask them for the correct info.
Peace is that brief glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading.
