Default Things in my Yard Part 3

Actually this plant is around the corner about 1/2 mile from my yard but I see it most every day.

This is a Century Plant. Nicknamed as such because they are rumored to only bloom every 100 years. They do bloom sooner but grow very slow and most of the time the bloom starves enough nutrients from the plant that it dies afterward.

If you were to pick this you would need quite a vase.

I showed the one picture with the stop sign to give you a better idea of how big these are.

    Thanks.

Since I got the new computers I haven't tried sending pictures from my camera so I used my wife's Apple tablet.

Very good photography in clearness and showing perspective.
