Went through flood in New Orleans. Overtopped my car. Had to go out the window. The water really is foul with everything you can imagine. Swimming is tough. Really appreciated getting a cold Coke to drink. Happily didn't get sick. Recovered my car. Motor was fine. Had to replace the transmission. Suprise was ... no electrical problems whatsoever. Learned to park in a second story garage when bad weather threatened. Also thankful our house was built up off the ground. No water got in the house. No crawly or wiggly stuff got inside!
