How can anybody say how people voted when the votes have not been counted? Predictions are often meaningless. Sometimes they are based on polls and it is well known that a poll can be warped by how the question is worded (e.g. Would you prefer Mr X as president or Adolf Hitler?) and sometimes people who answer polls lie for various reasons.

Polls can be truthful though. So can a broken clock twice a day.
