I bought a Frankfort Arsenal primer remover tool @ about $40. It works as advertised but is agonizingly slow process. I have a Lee primer decapper die that is used on my bench press. Very fast, easy, cost $15.

I enjoy the FA tool. I keep two on the bench, one for .308 and one for .223. Nice to feel when the pockets are starting to get loose. Whatta Hobby!
