Be sure to include the dates in the subject.

Please try to include as much info about the event as possible. Maybe a brief description if
you've been there before (features). For shooting events, folks will want to know the registration deadline.
• When: Date, time
• Where: location, city, state
• Web link: if there is one
• Phone number

The post will be deleted after the event is over or whenever I get to it.
