I have a Colt Commercial/Military serial number 863852. Slide matches as well. I know that it was made in 43 but I was hoping someone might have service records. I also have the name Lt. L.H. Smith on the back of a magazine pouch that came with it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks image.jpg
