Does anyone know when Starr switched the frame markings the frame? It appears the early ones had 'STARR ARMS Co. NEW YORK" on the rights side and "STARR'S PATENT JAN. 18 1956" on the left side. Most of the higher numbers have the same markings but the are reversed.
