I have recently received my '03 Springfield sporter by Steve Durren in the style of a 30s Griffen & Howe and it needs a sling. A Whelen would be perfect for this rifle as would a 1907. I know where to find and order a really nice 1907 but I can't find a Whelen made to the same standards as the rifle. Anyone know where I might find such a rara avis?
