Apparently Harrell cooks something on his show on Thanksgiving every year. This time its Dutch Oven Duck. The only thing is...he should have brought a sharp knife or scissors instead of cutting with that dull machete/short sword he uses in this.
This is long real time cooking but we all cook in our house. So for you camp cooks out there:
It was just me and the wife-cakes for dinner, we went went a little rustic, chicken fried venison backstrap steaks, green beans, mash potatoes with white gravy. We'll have some Spec's pecan pie later for dessert.
