Coffee keeps us going.
I use to work 12 hour rotating shifts sometimes drinking 10-12 cups of coffee a shift to make it through. That's when I gave up using coffee mate and sugar--I was just getting way too much.
My days of shift work often reminded me of this old SNL skit where the hospital puts instant Folgers Crystals in the patients IV's.
