Panama City, FL (just down from Destin) has permanently banned spring break activities.
This is the action of the current mayor but in agreeance with all the city council members to make it a permanent ban and not something the next mayor can undo.
This is long overdo. These banned troublemakers will now simply flood into surrounding areas causing more problems hopefully tipping the scales for other cities to place bans as well.
