Remington model 11 line thrower

A gun shop locally has a very nice like almost unused Remington model 11 with US markings and a tapped receiver , assuming it is correct what would be the top and bottom on the price range.

I forgot to mention it has stamped on the left side < MILITARY FINISH> so whats up with that?
