Ever been kayaking or heard of a “Eskimo roll?”
Kayaks capsize easily and if you go kayaking, sooner or or later you will wind up in the water. The modern kayak is built with a lot of floatation and can’t sink but if you don’t have a life jacket, PFD, or can’t swim you don’t need to be in one. This gal literally talked her way into prison and is now doing time because she is stupid. I don’t care if she she pulled the plug or drilled a dozen holes in the kayak, I don’t know how that equals a homicide.
