I was a big fan back in the fifties and sixties when drivers the
likes of Moss and Fangio would dice it up together with lots
of overtaking on difficult bends - the last one to brake would
get out in front. But gradually over the years the cars have
become so fast that overtaking is virtually impossible, and
the race is mostly won by the Pit crew who could get their car
back out there quicker than their opponent's crew.
Truth be told I suppose, it's safer now. All or most of those
old time F 1 drivers died on the track.
I never watched the turn left only circle racing.
