This guy has stated my hunch; how the SM companies are getting away with playing both ends against the middle. I think there is interest in D.C. to fix this.
I've also wondered if the driving force behind the censorship push in SM is their large number of H1B visa workers. Not sure if they are a benefit to the U.S.
