Pelosi and Schumer offered $23B for the wall in exchange for cutting the dreamers a break. Trump, perhaps alarmed at the prospect of being heckled at the rallies with shouts of "amnesty!", declined. But the dreamers are still here and the wall is in legal limbo, absent a Congressional appropriation.
