That is the Durham report. It was promised by the end of Summer
so we can expect it by Sept 21 or hopefully sooner. It can't be any
later because it starts getting too close to the election even though
the democrats like to spring "October Surprises" at every election.
Republicans have more respect for the election process and will not
be gross enough to follow suit. So, next month it is - and about time
too. The democrats have emptied the prisons using the virus as an
excuse - maybe we will fill them again using the law as an excuse.
