Now there are 30k high schools in America, and this is front page news! Also I'm trying to figure out what is racist and un lawful about the name calling in the article! Now I don't agree with the name calling but come on!
A student in Connecticut has been arrested after posting a racist Snapchat of a black classmate according to the article.
Student is charged after posting Snapchat of black classmate, 16, where he calls him the N-word and asks 'why is he not in chains?'... as victim's mom questions why offender has NOT been expelled?
