FedEx, UPS, DHL have never bothered to even see if anyone is home when dropping off any adult signature packages and now they want your Gub'mint ID? Sure they're not collecting data. I want to see if they are doing that for little four packs of Testor's paints and other miscellaneous HazMat stuff. Also what about non HazMat supplies for tissue culturing, etc. Big box stores ask d.o.b. for credit card ammo purchases but not cash purchases.
