Sure, just an ordinary milling operation, that just happens to be near a strategic USAF base. And those tall structures with no obvious purpose aren't part of a Chinese government operation.
The Chinese don't say "no" to the government....ever. Consequently, claims by their companies of no government ties are meaningless.
What bugs me are the American managers who play along, willfully ignorant, for a paycheck.
