I keep hearing from hosts like Hannity that they consider the
upper echelon of the FBI to be corrupt, but not the rank and file.
These people they exonerate. Why ?
If that were true, why then would these stalwart operatives continue
to obey the obviously illegal orders given them ?
Maybe the wish to be a law enforcer is rooted in a deep-seated
desire to lord it over people ?
The usual response "I was only obeying orders" is not sufficient in
my book to justify their actions.
Unfortunately, this is nothing new as there have always been those
willing to carry out the orders of dictators like Stalin and Mao and
a host of 'El Presidente's in Latin America.
