A Useful Idiot in FL has filed a suit to declare Trump ineligible for the ballot. If my understanding of the law is correct that will put the insurrection farce into Federal court which will force the question of 'was it an insurrection or an exercise in Free Speech?' as the 'Rats always claim when they're doing it.
