An older gentleman I know has this carbine. It was in rough shape with rust. I told him I would clean it up for him. I disassembled it and have been letting it soak in CLP for over a weak, wiping it down trying to remove the rust. When I received it I could not read the serial number, after cleaning I can now see most of the markings and serial number which is 137647. I don't know anything about Trapdoors, more of a 1903 guy. He offered to sell it to me but neither on of us knows the value. Any information would be appreciated. More photos available.
