Took off this morning for some grouse walk-up, and a little fishing.
Trail in Agassiz forest.
Nary a grouse showed up. Party poopers. Probably weather related. It started raining agian as soon as I got out of town.
Walk em-up grouse gun. Seneca Dragonfly in .177 cal. here.
Both taken with the crappy little camera on my A-20 phone.
Tried Hazel Creek for some pike and caught 4 little ones. Lost another big one yet again. Probably try that again in a few days. Those big heavy pike are a lot of excitement on the end of the line.
Seen a nice spike White-tail buck on the fire-guard road that I drove in on. Decent hindquarters on that one!
