    A haunting image from August 2007 exhibits a stone-dry floor where Yosemite Falls as soon as fell 2,425 feet (739 meters) in a gravitational tumble toward the valley floor. Again in 2021, this well-known waterfall in California's Yosemite Nationwide Park dried up. While nary a drop presently is flowing over its granite ledge, Yosemite Falls is predicted to return to its previous glory - so long as winter rainfall totals hold.
