Its takin me over a year and looking over mulitiple 5 yo forum threads to finally arrive here. I believe I have a possible Sedgley rebuild has circle sans serrif S on right rear of slide located above the hammer pin. Frame is a eagle marked S17 and H Frank Hosmer, G Gov. Contract, 8 final inspection stamp an P Proof stamp. S/N 439458. Did time in 1/5 Wnps. 04-07 myself so If Corps. issued looks like ill be getting a larger Shadow box with a pistol rack.
