    1918 Magazine question

    Did all the 1918's have a magazine with a lanyard ring?

      None of the 1918 Pistols shipped with Lanyard Ring Mags.

      (From Clawson) The last M1911 Pistol that shipped with a Lanyard Loop Magazine was No 125566. (It was the last 1915 M1911 Pistol shipped.)

      Lanyard Loop Magazine usage (shipped with) is less specific for the 1911 COLT Government Model,---it shipped with pistols up to around C 95000 (about mid 1917).
