Are these pistols any good? Oponions I've read are 50/50 pro/con.

I've shot their full size 1911 tactical model with night sights, it had some trigger work done to it, I was shooting 4" groups at 25 yards with Win. 230gr Ball; my buddy, the owner, put 250 rounds through it that day w/o a hiccup. He paid just under $500 out the door for it. That RI 1911 ran so well I'm considering getting one myself.

My double stack RIA is my daily carry and has never failed me. I feed it what it was designed for, 230g FMJ and it shoots better than I am able to.
