Need help/instructions on how to reassemble hold open latch and spring......Everything fell out when I disassembled the pistol.

Are the hold open and spring still together? If so, there is a pin in the frame that the small hook on the front of the hold open catches on. Push the hold open in from rear to front while pressing down on the area just behind the spring. This should let the hook catch on the cross pin.

The spring is broken. This is a mismatched Navy Luger I just picked up and needs a little work.

The little leaf spring has to fit like shown in the pic...a new spring may need a bit of tweeking to get it to fit right....I had to replace one on my rusty old P08
As far as installing the part..it just sort of slides/snaps into place..rides on a little pin.Comment
