        A lot of time went into that but IMHO not $10,000.00 worth for something that would have to sit in the safe.

                What a monster! Not my cup of tea.

                While invariably a balance needs to exist between function and art, and some commemorative pistols & rifles balance that equation well enough, this example is clearly lop-sided. JMHO.

                  Greater Fool theory? I wonder what the seller actually has in that pistol? He has it listed on GB for three different prices, $6K, $7K and $10K. It appears they were originally sold for about $2500 here's the story behind it:



                  It appears they did a number of these types of commemoratives but are now out of business. I suppose some people like this sort of thing but there are so many out there that most never go up much in value.
