    Service model Ace

Anyone spent a lot of time with one, trying to shoot 100+ rounds? Dug mine out after thinking it might be a great way to shoot Steel Challenge if I can keep it running the course. Pistol coach told me 'you wasted $35' when I bought the kit. Accurate enough and the recoil would be practice for big gun competition.
One source said the longer case on Stingers kept the floating chamber much cleaner. I'm thinking modern lubricants may be less prone to gumming up.

Copper coated bullets help on the ones that lead up. The one I shoot functions perfectly, but I keep the floating chamber lubricated.

Thanks. The stash has a few thousand plated LR.
Time to assemble a Foster receiver that was on sale a few years ago.
