Got my lanyard loop installation back from Cylinder and Slide.

My stainless steel copy of a M1911A1. :-)

Looks really nice. I recently bought the basic blued model and really like it. Mine had a few issues.- like shot 6 inches low. Remington sent a replacement sight and shoots dead on now.
Mine will shoot under 3 inches if I'm having an on day.
Did/does yours have a wide spur hammer?? Are the grips WW2 plastic ?? Is the arched main spring housing Rem original??
    Nice pistol.

Yes, a wide spur hammer that I bought from ebay. Appears to be a Masen part that someone had done the finish work on already.

The grips are GI molds but with a different plastic and a different color. Also ebay.

The mainspring housing is an Ed Brown arched and serrated part. Fits VERY well. The slide stop is also an Ed Brown Hardcore replacement.
