Armoloy a Service Ace?

Anyone tried Armoloying the barrel, floating chamber and extractor of Service Ace to improve reliability?

How hard would it be to remove and retain tolerances if it doesn't work? I have always used a Triflon type lubricant on the chamber parts of my 1941 SMA with excellent results.
