Flannery barrel question - blued and parked?

Did flannery barrels also come parked from the factory?

They were blued, as all other WWII barrels were.

I thought also that all WW2 barrels were blued. This barrel was sold to me as original by a reputable surplus parts dealer. I'm sure they will make good on it.

The finish does not look like a typical park but it also is not blued. Perhaps with use it gets more blued?
