I need help need to know the value of this gun it was sent back to colt years ago and was gone threw and refinished. I know the grips need to be swapped back to originals. This thing is sweet with all matching serials can some one give me info on this thanks.

That pistol is way too late to have a matching serial numbered slide. As for value, about $600 to $700 in my area. Also, how did you determine that it was refinished by Colt?

this was what I was told by the person that I was going to trade for it. But after hearing everyone's comments I think I will pass on this colt. Thanks so so much for all your help guys.
