    RIA 1911 Tactical Help

I'd like to find a .45 1911 type that will not break the bank. Can anyone give me some feedback or recommendations regarding the RIA line? Thanks,

I bought 2 Colt sistimas when they first came into country. They were tight but had about 10% finish. If i remember correctly they were $199.00 each.

I have 3 of them at this point, a fullsize .45, a Compact .45, and an Compact Tactical 9mm. Fit and finish are lower than my Kimber and Springfield, but they all shoot reliably and accurately. Their customer service is phenomenal, and the warranty is lifetime. My compact .45 was malfunctioning when I bought it, so I sent it in to them. They replaced the gun and, polished the rails and feed ramp on the replacement.

I've got two Rock Island 1911s; a .38 Super and a .45 Match. Both have been mildly customized and refinished in blue. Hard to beat for the price. I'm happy with them.

I really enjoy mine. A trigger job, some "pretty" grips, a fiber optic front sight, and it shoots great. Particularly for the money!

Really, you can't beat the RIAs for price and quality. I have the ATI 45 acp and it is great!
Due to ammo shortages, no warning shot will be fired
