1911m& 1911A Barrel,Question

I recently acquired a 45ACP barrel. One marking on the barrel I can not find anything about .The top of the barrel has the intertwined HP which makes it in the 425,000 to the 710,000 range. the bottom has a 5 on it. Is the 5 a manfactuer code or an inspector mark.

WWI era barrel. They are found with various numbers or letters or both. More than likely it also has a letter on the right side of the lug up near the chamber. It is Colt manufacture, and the markings are inspection/inspector's markings.
