    1939 Colt magazine

    Were all the magazines for these "Navy" Colts two-toned or were some fully blued?

      "All" is a big word, but I suspect two-tone was the case with at least the vast majority when they left the factory. How they came home? That may be a totally different story.

          Thank you for that clarification because my '39 Colt "came home" with a fully-blued mag. I'll exchange it for a spare two tone that I have.
